thank you, but the save game isnt working. I have unzipped it and after that I see the pictogram with books (RAR?) who says SAV and my PC can"t open this because its damaged.
Does someone have another savegame that is not damaged and that I dont have to open?

You have to place the folder that is inside that unzipped folder that is labeled with a set of numbers inside the saved game folder of Still Life.
Offhand I don't remember where that is.
Then you play-load as usual.

That is the only saved game I have and as far as I know it isn't damaged when I sent it to you.
