I may not get and answer to this question since the game in question is from 1997. Does anyone know if this game can be played in DOS? I have tried windows7 and it's a no go. I started Blue Heat on my old Windows95 and never finished it.

Blue Heat is not a DOS game, but it does support Windows 3.1, and Windows 3.1 can be installed on top of DOSBox. You would need original Windows 3.1 disks in order to do this, though.

Sounds good! - except for the running in half screen. I think this game likes to run in 640 x 480 and 16-bit color display. Otherwise, maybe someone here can get it running full screen for you.

Try setting your desktop to 640x480 before running the game. Right-click the desktop where there is no shortcut Choose Properties Settings tab Move the slidebar the the left until it indicates 640x480 and click OK.
