The Night of the Rabbit is available on Steam, launching today in two editions: For $19.99, players will receive the full game. The Special Edition of The Night of the Rabbit, priced at $24.99, additionally contains the audiobook “Of Mice, Squirrels and Mousewood Forest” in English as well as the game’s original soundtrack. The Night of the Rabbit features beautiful, hand-drawn graphics and animations, as well as a number of in-game extras, such as the audio book stories, “Eight stories from Mousewood”, which can be activated while playing the game. All these tales are based on the game’s setting, a magic forest inhabited by mice and other talking creatures.
“Of Mice, Squirrels and Mousewood Forest” is a story about Mousewood’s name and heritage and something on the power of names themselves; they can give a good idea of what to expect from a person or location, but, on the other hand, don’t necessarily reveal everything to be discovered.
