syberia 1

Hi guys.
I am trying to play syberia 1 on windows 7.
I managed to get about a third of the way into it and saved the game, with no problem.
I had no problem when I loaded the game again and got a bit further , but tonight when I tried
to load the game there were no saved games and I had to start over again.
I played the game from the beginning. but now I find I cannot save the game.
Is there any one out there who can give me some guidance, PLEASE.

According to the thread below (thanks to Drac) - the location of saved games in Windows 7 is C:\Users\your name\My Documents\Syberia Saves. Do you see any files in the folder?

If the folder is empty, you can try to download a save game from ** This Site **
