Hi: Is this game really hard to play I am used to play8ing Nancy Drew. Sherlock Holmes, Agatha Christie have played Nemesis, The Awakened, Dracula, Nibiru, Everlight etc. will I have any problems with Dreamfall.

Gemma,
This game uses the key board ( ie w forward a Left d right)to move along with the mouse. As I am still trying to get through it (with Mag's walkthrough) I find it harder than most of the games you mentioned. I keep gettng killed by the beastie.
Just trying to finsh so I can take it off the computer. It takes some 4 plus gigs.
Otherwise interesting game.

I found it relatively difficult, I also kept being killed by the beastie but in the end the beast just froze and I was able to carry on and complete the game, I think it got tired of killing me. I did have to resort to a saved game or two from Rushes/Mag but on the whole I did enjoy it and am glad I played it.

It's probably one of the easiest games I've ever played, but it requires capability and good control in keyboard (relatively to what is usually required in adventure games)

There's definitely definitely definitely no logic to human behaviour.

The "puzzles" don't take much mental effort. But the dexterity requirements are a good deal higher than in most adventure games. I haven't played Everlight, but none of those other games you listed come close to the dexterity requirements for this game.

This is a fantastic game. There are a few tricky spots (the underground troll cavern for one, which still brings me out in a nervous rash just thinking about it), but the story is so involving with characters you really care about, so it's absolutely worth playing. You can adjust the keyboard controls from your Options menu. I changed mine to using the arrow keys for movement and the mouse to pan around, which was perfect for me.

There's a way to set up the controls so that the only keyboard control you need is the forward button. Then you use the mouse to move in all directions. I found it easy after that. You might try changing the controls so you can do that.
