Hi

I'm playing a very enjoyable RPG (Drakensang) at the moment and because I liked it so much, I bought my Daughter a copy too.
However, whilst I use XP she uses Vista - and she can't find her saved games anywhere

I looked at my files and MY saved games are in My Documents but that isn't the case for my Daughter.
And I've no idea about anything "Vista-ish".

Can anyone please advise where Vista might be storing saved games ??

Can she do a search on her computer for the saves ?

There is more than one possibility.

C:\Users\your user name here\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)

C:\Users\ your User name\AppData\Roaming\Game name folder or publisher name folder

There are probably a few more, depending on the game. You'll just have to look around. If you know the name of the save, you can try what Cathy suggests. Be sure Vista's search is configured to look everywhere in the user's folder.
