Yes, I missed the break room this morning! Had to run hubby over to the ER for some tests. He has been dizzy a couple of times in the middle of the night and fell Sunday night. Turned out to be the same thing as a few years ago - vertigo from an inner ear infection he didn't know he had. Of course, they ruled out stroke, heart attack and all the other nasty things first. At least he got his first round of back injections on board yesterday morning!

So, I guess I'll head out to do a few hours of mowing. Nice warm day for it.

OldBroad, I've been busy with dogs, dishes and relaxing with a good book... hope you have been doing well. Take care mowing Draclvr and hope hubby's back on his feet soon. Good afternoon everyone; so today is the last day of April & surprise surprise, I woke up to a snow storm, it seems like winter doesn't want to leave.

I had a busy day running around. and then realized I was starving., looked around for a a restaurant in Qualicum Beach and wouldn't you know it, but Tuesday most places are closed. Don't ask me why. It's just weird. And then I discovered that the same is true in Parksville. I guess I just don't go out enough. The pubs are open, though, so I might head out to my usual brew pub for dinner instead.

I was going to get outside and do some planting but it wasn't in the cards after the fruitless search for food. I'll have to be happy with a cup of tea on the patio and a hope that it's nice tomorrow.

Judith, it seems awfully unfair that you've got snow. Very occasionally we have snow in April but normally by now we're in Spring.

Just grabbing a cup of coffee on my way out the door. Heading down to the Ranch for a school tour. I think it's Woerther Elementary which is a huge tour with lots of fairly well behaved kids. There are some schools that come out and we just cringe because both the kids and the parents are a PITA!

Mrs. Sun finally arrived. A very welcome visitor. She said the DDWAB and 0 Calorie DDB tasted excellent.

I seem to be having very bad luck. Not only are both computers mostly out of commission, I'm trying to fill out the online for for property tax deferment and it won't accept the information the BC government sent me. That's going to mean two or three hours on hold -- if I don't get disconnected!

I did manage to get the Deferment form done, thanks. Now I'm sending my laptop to Dell for a new fan and tuneup. Tomorrow I'll tackle the other laptop. In the meantime I need to work out how to get my tablet to talk to my printer. Ain't technology grand?
