I don't remember anything about that. The scene started with this old tree and an egg.

Good interview. I enjoyed TLJ.

I didn't play Dreamfall as it is not point-and-click.

There's a brief scene with the Guardian at the start before everything switches across to April and the egg.

Got to take a closer look next time when I reinstall the game. Thanks for the clarification
