This is not a solicitation so if you do not want info about this topic feel free to ignore the rest. Since there are often questions, here is some basic info: There are 3 choices: 1) Casual Pack - $9.99 per game, must buy 2 games before canceling 2) Super Pack - $7.99 per game, must buy 6 games before canceling 3) Casual Pack - $6.99 per game, must buy 12 games before canceling
Some basics: 1) Once you hit your required purchases you can cancel the monthly charge. 2) If you have canceled your monthly charge, you can reactivate at any time and you do not have any minimum commitment unless you upgrade to a bigger package(just log into "My Account" to reactivate. 3) Your Game Club Credits NEVER expire.
Benefits: 1) You can get as many extra games per month as you want, you are not restricted to one, and all additional games count towards you r minimum requirement. 2) If you are a subscriber for a full year without canceling you will get a plush "Big Fish" as a thank you (coming in February). 3) If you log into your "My Account" on the BFG website, you can get access to all new releases a day before the rest of the world. 4) If you log into your "My Account" you can send your extra credits as gifts, or buy additional credits to send as gifts. 5) You get access to live chat support Monday through Friday. In your "My Account" you can turn on express checkout at the bottom of "My Game Club" tab and buy games with a single click (well two actually, Amazon has a patent on one click purchasing).
We are also adding a new feature in February where if you upgrade to a new computer, with the press of a single button in account history, we will download and install ALL the games you have ever bought and unlock them all with a click of a single button (and then a lot of patiences as it downloads and installs all your games). This way, you can buy a new computer, click the button, go to bed, and when you wake up, even if you have a hundred games, they will all be downloaded, installed, and unlocked when you wake up!
Happy Holidays!

Oh how I wish I had known!!! I just got a new computer and I still haven't downloaded them all again yet. Great feature!
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

Are you still considering the feature that will save a partial download if the internet connection is stopped for some reason so we don't have to restart from the beginning?

Can't beat BigFish for customer care!!!! Would that ALL merchants were this user friendly.
