I purchased the Game Amazon played it already and just now wanted to open it again and my Virus protection tells me there is a Trojan Horse in the program? So now i cant play the Game because it was quarantined!waaaah I have several BF Games and that never happen before
Is that happening to others and what can i do? Can anyone help?
Should i just delete and install again? Thank you

What virus protection, mine has been doing the same thing with a different game.

Avast is a free antivirus application from the Check Republic and is incorrectly flagging BFG games as a virus. This happens from time to time as many of these 3rd tier programs are not terribly reliable or reputable. We are attempting to contact them to fix this error.

Please BFG GUY also let AVG anti virus know. Even though I update the protection daily, they still flag some of your games. As well as Real Audio and I Win, and they put them down as trojans or backdoors. Kinda shakes a gal up sometimes. LOL

Sherryah, you can let them know yourself as well.

Also, did you follow the directions for AVG on BigFish?

Thank you all . Yes i have Avast. Makes me wonder now every time i open mail if it really has a Virus or Avast just thinks it has??
Some of the Games are working again today. And yes "Panic Mode" sets in when that Caution Window jumps up lol

Head of BFG customer support found a contact at Avast. They apologized and pushed a new update this morning, customers can now install our games with Avast if you tell it to get the latest update. Very annoying for us at BFG and for those of you using Avast.

Hi Ana, Yes I faithfully update my AVG daily. Not all games do this just certain ones. I already sent them notice and they admit they sometimes have false positives. I ignore the warnings now and just dig them out of quarantine, because I know we can trust BFG been with them for years and never had a virus.
