1. When I submit the access card to the crime lab the results are that there 'are only partial prints' and cannot be identified. Below is the walkthrough information which states that the fingerprints belong to a 'Peter Hamlin' not Jimmy Russo. I also submitted the access card to the research department - I don't know if that has anything to do with the results.

What did I miss doing that I would get the above response from the crime lab?

*** View the lab report on the access card and take it (i.e. it will be added to the ‘reports-inventory’).

*** View the lab report on the embryonic cells and take it.

*** View the lab report on the hairs and take it.

*** View the lab report on the pills.

*** View the lab report on Frank Morelli’s saliva swab.

*** View the lab report on the blood sample.

*** The lab reports above reveal fingerprints on the access card showing that Jimmy Russo is an assumed name. His real name is Peter Hamlin.

2. Also I see in the walkthrough that there should be a manual - there was none in the game I bought. Is the manual within the game?

From (ancient) memory only ......... IIRC ........

(1)When you 1st submit the access card to "Records & Research" you only get back that there are some finger print smudges.
You then "hand" it to Jimmy Russo AND TAKE IT BACK, thereby obtaining his clear fingerprint.
The LAB Report shows that his name is only an alias for Peter Hamlin.
All the rest of the items (that you mentioned) have nothing to do with the above !!

(2) The "manual" referred to is the full "Players' Guide" file on disk1.
