i love sugar cereals like Post Fruity Pebbles Cereal and Cap'n Crunch Oops! All Berries Cereal is that okay.

Most breakfast cereals aren't very good for you due to the fact that so many of them are loaded with sugar. Some cereals have way less sugar content than others, and you should read the nutritional label on the box carefully so that you can see how much they contain.

Well, that depends on if you have diabetes if you do or are pre diabetes you wouldn't want to eat cereal with lots of sugar... or if you had a weight problem.. that just adds to your problems... otherwise have at it. :-)
