n the hall, examine the open door to room 202; specifically look at the latch and bolt. Head up to the 3rd floor, using the item labeling may help with this to save you going back down to the first floor. Harvey's room is 302, try knocking to find that this too is locked and the Proctor won't open it for you. The trick you will want to use on this Proctor is the Locked Room Mystery and using this guide, you should already have the Cry-For-Help Noisemaker. Wrap the Noisemaker in the Toilet Roll you picked up and use this on Harvey’s door. Then use the Noisemaker Remote in your inventory and when the door is opened, look at the door and move the bolt so the door won’t lock. The proctor will then leave letting you freely explore Harvey’s room. Look at the Screenplay Notes on Harvey’s desk twice also examine the film gear on the bookshelf to the left.

Leave Harvey’s room and go back to the first floor, examining Helena’s locked door, 102. Push the paint bucket and Sam will immediately go through the window into Helena’s room and pick up the key. Look at the camera on Helena’s desk and the drawer. Take the box from under Helena’s bed and try to examine its contents; you can’t so just back away just in time for Helena to enter her room.
