Dear parents,

As you may have heard, on Tuesday one of our students was bitten by a radioactive spider. I am pleased to report that the student in question is recovering well, and his Aunt tells us he is climbing the walls in anticipation of his quick return.

We would further like to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to guarantee that something like this does not happen again. To that end, we have installed new HEPA filters between the spider enclosure and the nuclear waste dump, and we will continue wiping down all surfaces after each use.

The trophy goes to Demosthenes for his parent letter from the Black Tarantula Judo Club. Like the movie Tarantula, which I saw when I was 8 years old, I suspect those spiders will be kicking the doors down very soon.
