FASTEN... To attach firmly to something else, as by pinning or nailing. To make fast or secure: fastened the children into their car seats. To close or connect securely, as with a lock or other device: was unable to fasten the bulging suitcase. To fix or direct steadily: fastened her gaze on the stranger. To place; attribute: fastened the blame on the weather. To impose (oneself) without welcome. The words listed below have a meaning related to "fasten." But as you have probably noticed, all the vowels have been removed. So, for example, ANCHOR would be NCHR...so FSTN your seat belts and let's BGN  = 1. STRP = 2. T = 3. RG = 4. BTT = 5. LTCH = 6. GRTR = 7. CHN = 8. CBL = 9. PCKT = 10. RVT = 11. TTCH = 12. CNCH = 13. BNDG = 14. CRMP = 15. CLT = 16. NCHR = 17. GRND = 18. MR = 19. SPK = 20. STTCH Happy New Year's eve!
