What files do you have and why are you trying to move them? Game files? Save files? Where do you want to move them to? I hope you aren't using Internet Explorer - that browser is no longer supported.

And please, please stop using Internet Explorer. I didn't even know Windows 8.1 was letting you still use it. It is not safe to use. You should be using Edge, Firefox or Chrome.

Have you tried downloading and playing the demo of the game from this site? If not, you could try it to see if it works on your computer.

Yes, I would definitely use Chrome rather than Internet Explorer. It's just not safe anymore.

I still don't understand what you have downloaded. You say you just typed Big Fish and this file downloaded? That doesn't sound right. DId you buy this game or are you trying to play the demo? Try the site Marian mentioned.

i brought it off big fish, and all the files never download, using chrome, please resolve the following , i hit close, try to play the game, it freezes at begining, i click on internet explore, click play now from big fish in there, click save , went to my documents. all the files are paper with gears on them.

I think family is still trying to run this game as a download from Big Fish, and she had already had problems with it before but I guess she decided to try the game again. This is why I was suggesting that she try the demo/game from Gamehouse, as sometimes running the same game from different places can yield different results (weird, but there it is).

gamehouse did the same thing, did cltr,alt,del at once, marian it is a large file, maybe. use task manager 3 times.

family, I do seem to remember you having problems with this game before. It won't download properly for you, right? I would suspect you have traces of it on your computer from the last time. Didn't Big Fish already give you a free game because you couldn't play it before?

Family, as I have said in the past, the game works perfectly fine for me and I do have the game in my Purchase History. I wish I knew why it doesn't work for you. If I find any suggestions to resolve the issue, I will let you know.

The game is also sold on Steam and I see the developer there in the Discussions forum helping people with technical problems as well as giving an email address where he can be reached. Unfortunately his posts are over three years old so not sure if help would be forthcoming now or not were you to write to him. You can find the thread here.

I think that's the best idea - I know you have tons of games to play because you downloaded so many free ones from Epic Games.

i am, and marian, i even went to ocean media tech support, they said, your problem, not my problem, so, this developer guy, i do not trust.

It might not even have been the same person, family, but regardless I agree that it's a good idea to just get back to playing other games for now.

And to be honest, family... it IS YOUR PROBLEM. It has nothing to do with the game as Marian and many others are playing it. I don't know why it won't work on your computer, but it's time to just let it go and play something else.
