So far it seems like a new game drops off the exclusion list within one to two weeks after its release, so not too long to have to wait.

I am only surprised that this was not implemented a long time ago. I always wondered how a developer would feel about seeing their brand new game discounted two to seven days later; I would think that would not be to their liking at all. I always felt like it was selling new games short, but maybe the volume of sales made up for it - that, I don't know. Anyway, I don't mind waiting a bit longer and I know you don't either, Mad.
