Indie developer Lost Sock Studio has announced the release date for their debut game Escape From Mystwood Mansion. The game will release on September 27th, 2023, on Steam.

The game has been in development for two years and is now nearing its release. Escape From Mystwood Mansion is a first-person escape-room game set in the mysterious Mystwood Mansion. Trapped inside the mansion players will have to solve puzzles, decipher codes, and find clues to find a way to escape.

Key Features:

Explore the mansion: Explore numerous cozy rooms and environments, each with its own unique charm.
Solve puzzles: Solve a wide range of intricate puzzles and ciphers that will test your wits and creativity. No time limits - solve puzzles at your own pace!
Multiple Endings: Escape the mansion or stay and try to uncover the mansion's final secret.
Dynamic Hint System: If you find yourself stuck on any puzzle in the game, use one or more hints to nudge you in the right direction.

Disregard what I said above! This game has nothing to do with Safecracker, except that you have to figure out how to open some locks. I just frittered away three hours, and managed to find the combination to one - count 'em - one ordinary lock. And this is only the demo. I sure hope there is a Save button in the full game; there isn't one in the demo.

Will I buy the full game? Very likely; Baags is not curable.
