Every now and then a game will look very good to me and grab my interest to the point I won't hestitate to get it and start playing it putting other started games aside. This is one of those games. Hopefully it does not get "put aside" The Monolith demo playthrough is already out. This 43 min demo is the beginning of the game. I scanned through it not wanting to see too much. Looks good...... Thank you Ana

Hi BET.
I just clicked on “check out the trailer here” in your first post of this thread and then clicked on the GOG link that was provided below the Steam link.
Cheers.

I have searched high and low multiple times Mad, but see no where on the page to download a demo. I'm baffled! Can you tell me where on the page you see it?

I can't find either Ana. I'm confused as well. It's just not there. Could have been removed. I have seen this happen with new releases on both Steam and GOG from time to time

Same... I can find no demo on GOG. There are a couple of videos in with the screenshots, but that's it. The link to GOG under the trailer took me to the German language GOG site. That said, I just purchased it too!

I came across this article on "Reddit" stating there was no demo released on GOG, at least at that time. After this article came out it could have been released to GOG for a bit and removed. If you noticed the dates on the article along with the replies they are from 2 months ago, 2 months pryor release. At that time there was no demo released on GOG

It is not a demo I watched. It is a trailer I’m SO sorry !! I never watch demos OR trailers and don’t really know why I did THIS time. So please excuse my giving the wrong info. Definitely due to a lack of experience (The Naughty Step for me now …. 😱) Mad 🐒

Hi All, Just to say demo not on gog anymore but still on steam just followed first post link and it was there.
Hi barlouwin.....Did you actually see a demo on GOG. I would not be surprised if one ran and then got removed. It happens ***** Mad I want you to know I was not trying to prove you wrong. You said you played the demo and I believed you. I was trying to find out what happened to it wondering why it would be removed so early on. Steam is running it. It makes no sense. Demos are a selling point and should never be removed. If I am not mistaken it is actually up to the publisher to make decisions on demos and sale pricing. Whatever the case might be I hope that demo gets back up. It sounds like you have an interest in Monolith and might give a demo a try Take care Mad and have a nice day....you too barlouwin

Orion, I am very doubtful there was a demo on GoG in the past. All my press releases only mention Steam and I always double check when posting.

If neither BrownEyedTiger or you could ever find a demo at GOG there surely mustn’t have been one !! 🤡 (And I WAS interested in the game because, as I said, I bought it from them ) My apologies again to you both 🙄

Thank you Ana! There never was a demo on GOG. I have to wonder why Steam gets a demo and GOG does not. This calls for an email.......

My apologies Mad. I read an earlier post of yours that said " sounds tempting". Somehow I missed your post where you said you had purchased it. I hope you enjoy it

"must be old age creeping in". Do you ever head into the kitchen on a mission and when you get there you have forgotten what it was you were gonna do so instead grab a donut?
Did you get Monolith?
