I went to look for the "catch" but unable to get it because I am not signed in to BFG. There isn't even a button to sign in.
So I opened the game manager, which does show me signed in there. Searched for the game title, and was able to put it in the cart and purchase it for $0.00; but going from there to the Library, I am signed out again and unable to log in. What the heck have they done now?

Have you tried hitting F5 on the website when it shows you as not being signed in? That often helps with this issue.

Otherwise, I would be interested to hear whether using a different web browser gives the same results. I am not having any issues with the site this morning.

Well, I don't think it's Big Fish's fault. Opened a different browser, and went through the routine again, and this time was able to complete the transaction. The original browser (Opera) still does not allow a sign-in. More experimentation coming right up!

I use a fairly aggressive adblocker. I thought perhaps that was preventing the sign-in from functioning; but no. Disabling the adblocker had no effect. Refreshing with F5 or Ctrl F5 didn't help either. Possibly deleting cookies would solve it, but I really hate doing that, since the computer doesn't 'remember' anything.

Yes. There was a problem for quite a while where people were trying to log in because the system was showing them they were signed out (when in actuality they were not), and hitting F5 resolved that issue. That seems to have been resolved now. Glad things are okay for now!

Maybe Opera requires an update?

Scratch that - I did an update, and Lo and Behold I got the screen to sign in. (More to the story)
It didn't like my password; so I tried another and another - - -
Resorted to "Forgot my password" so they sent me a temporary one - - -
Tried that and got the "You've tried too many times" Arrghh
Waited an hour, tried again, and finally got signed in.
All in a day's work, I guess. It's not like I had anything else to do LOL !

Opera had the password problem or Big Fish? Is it all resolved now?
