The signmaker in a small village was making new signs for several of his customers. Because the village was a small one, all of the shopkeepers had two jobs and needed two signs.

To save money, the signmaker found that, by sheer coincidence, he could make one large sign for each customer (the top set) plus a smaller piece (the bottom set) that could be placed over the letters in the large sign.

For example, a FIREMAN could change his sign to MAILMAN by placing a smaller piece with only MAIL over the letters FIRE.

Can you determine which small piece belongs with each large piece? evil
