One solve per person, please. For those who've already posted, additional solves are O.K.  Have you caught yourself day dreaming only to snap back to reality all of a sudden as you realize your friend is still talking to you and said an idiom but what you thought you heard doesn't make sense?  Decipher one of the clues below to recreate the idiom actually said versus what you thought you heard...  Example: tattle tacks -> battle axe = 1. DRED TUCK = 2. MARE BARKETT = 3. BACK SWEEP = 4. CRASH CHOW = 5. MATT GNAT = 6. PHONE SPARK = 7. NED GLARING = 8. WRITE ELEGANT = 9. SHAPER GEIGER = 10. TOWED DOG
