Create solutions for the clues by using the available syllables. A question mark after a clue denotes word play or trickery is afoot. The number of syllables in an answer is followed by the number of letters for each clue. Syllables are used only once. After all of the numbered clues are correctly answered, their first and last letters, reading down, will reveal the puzzle's Sage Advice:. Example: Syllable puzzle [4-12] (solution: syl + la + cros + tic) Starting Syllables:A AARD AC AD AL AP BRAS BRO BUL CO E EM ENT ER GAR GLIO GUA HER I IG IL IM IN ING IS IST KA LAW LE LI LIENCE LOP LU MANT MED MEN MI NA NA NAS NAT NATE NE NI NISH ON OP OR OUT PE PER PO PRES RAE RAL RO SCAL SIVE SPOT TAN TED TI TION TIUM TIZ TUR TY U VARK Sage Advice: = 1. PALATE TEASER [4-9] = 2. ENTHUSIASM [3-] 3. SABRA [3-10] = 4. EDIBLE FLOWER [3-10] = 5. BIVALVE MOLLUSK [2-7] = 6. GREENHORN [2-4] = 7. JAPANESE LEADER [3-7] = 8. BABBLING [4-10] = 9. CORNHUSKER STATE [3-8] 10. COIL [3-8] = 11. WINNER [3-8] = 12. INFLEXIBLE [3-7] = 13. BEAUTIFY [2-7] = 14. LIZARD [3-6] = 15. LAYERED PASTRY [4-8] = 16. TERMITE EATER [2-8] = 17. Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.
