-1. Stops the puffs of wind?

-2. Takes off the wrappings?

-3. Stops a civil wrong or injury?

-4. Throws away the deck of 52?

-5. Stops plowing the land?

-6. Does not delegate to fill an office?

-7. Cuts hair?

-8. Removes the radius, ulna, humerus, elbow, fingers, fingernails, etc?

-9. Takes away vertical stripes? (Think service personnel)

-10. Removes the tally?
