Spokane, WA, USA — 7 May, 2026 — TomorrowHead Studio Today launches WILL: Follow The Light, its Unreal Engine 5 narrative-driven adventure. Players are invited into a beautifully rendered world where light is more than illumination—it’s guidance, memory, and meaning.

Available Today on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, WILL: Follow The Light blends atmospheric exploration, environmental storytelling, and player-driven choices into a deeply personal experience.

WILL: Follow The Light is a story-driven, first-person adventure puzzle game about a perilous personal journey through the harsh northern latitudes. Players step into the role of Will, a lighthouse keeper on a remote island whose quiet routine is shattered when an unexpected radio message reveals that a disaster has struck his hometown and his only son is missing. Determined to find him, Will sets out aboard his sailing yacht, “Molly,” becoming a solitary traveller navigating a fragmented landscape shaped by forgotten moments and unresolved truths. As he journeys forward, players must follow beams of light that reveal pathways, uncover hidden stories, and ultimately shape Will’s destiny.

“At its core, WILL: Follow The Light is about the human instinct to seek meaning, even in darkness,” said Roman Novikov, Founder and Game Director at TomorrowHead Studio. “Today, as the game launches, we’re excited for players to finally step into that journey for themselves, where every step forward feels intentional, and every light carries emotional weight.”

Key Features:

A stunning northern wilderness – Breathtaking northern landscapes on land and sea, brought to life in Unreal Engine 5.
Deep exploration and traversal systems – Realistic sailing and dog sledding mechanics allow players to explore a vast world.
A story of fathers and sons – A compelling narrative adventure in a mysterious setting, with puzzles, secrets, and revelations in every chapter.
Testing puzzles and challenges – Players will solve puzzles rooted in real life, chart their path using an authentic weather station, and traverse snowy trails by dog sled.
A cinematic adventure – Experience Will’s story through narration and environmental storytelling.
Original soundtrack – An atmospheric blend of experimental textures and unique instruments.

Players can purchase WILL: Follow the Light on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S Today.

Happy Gaming!

Just a heads up that the save game situation is less than desirable. It appears to use checkpoints but with no indication that one has occurred. I assumed it would save on exit but that was wrong, and I had to replay a segment. I will let you know if/when I get to the bottom of it.

Yeah, I saw that in a review on Steam. Hopefully they'll update it to work better.

Bummer... thanks, flotsam. Guess I'll wait on this one then. I can deal with save-on-exit, but not checkpoints.
