Glad to help you spend all that hard earned loot! grin What the heck, there were spaces on the new shelves right, and you just want it to look its best?

My game is on a CD and I got it at Gamestop.
I like the fact that once you install it you don't need to use the CD at all. It is fully installed.

I just checked on my saves and the End game ends up in:

Alchemist's Chamber
Kamieniec City
South Galicia Europe

The save before this is in:

The Ice palace
Siberia
The Arctic Circle

I don't know how how much more you have from the Desert City but that is where you end up.

I have been having way to much fun playing Titan Quest-Imortal Throne and don't play with this one to much at the moment so don't remember as much detail about it.

Thanks VHL. TQ is a lot of fun, isn't it? I loved the artwork of the legendary places.

Everything about is fun.

I love that you have a transfer area with the caravan guy where you can exchange stuff among all of your people. This is only if you have Immortal Throne though. I have 6 people going so we have lots of stuff to pass along to each other.

One of my people is a level 32 and in Act III so she is way ahead of the other people.

I am not sure if she is in the Immortal Throne part or not but should find out pretty soon since she only has one more area to explore in this act.

You can even import your people from Titan Quest to keep playing with them in Immortal Throne but they can't go back to Titan Quest. That is why I have backups of all of my saves.

Once you import them even if they didn't get that far you will be continuing right where they left off. It doesn't look any different so that is why I can't tell if I am still finishing Titan Quest or am I in Immortal Throne part.

Thanks, that's really interesting. I didn't play the expansion. But I guess if we talk more about it we'll confuse folks with this thread. Sorry folks, back to the regular scheduled programming.

Thanks.

Repair and money - I am using what I can to get Demon skills up as the Demons cost no gold.

My guide to The Chosen is in the Walkthroughs section.

Upon finishing the game I note that it covers more territory than Both Titan Quests. I am drawn to compare TQ and The Chosen as they both have you traveling a "path" and you visit different lands.

As an addition to my guide - You can have enough Demon control via rings and armor. Adding Demon Items to your weapon is not really needed. Around level 30 you can buy a Heavy Machine Gun. Actually you can use the Cauldron to improve this weapon to be as powerful as the top in the machine gun tier, the Wide Bore Heavy Machine Gun.

However, here is a gun that comes available around level 33 that is my choice. It is the Improved Heavy Machine Gun. If you have been hording your money you can pump this weapon up to be very deadly. Keep in mind to keep it's Durability up around 15.

Using a machine gun effectively means getting into melee range and shooting. The MG tends to "spray" it's rounds and when you are at max range only a few are striking the target. At point blank they all hit.

Having "knock Back" incorporated into it is really handy.

I hope some of you will give this game a good try.

I was wondering if I could ask for a little help. I'm in the desert, trying to get past the energy barrier by the snake idols. The clue says the arrow must his it's destiny, but I haven't had any luck. Any hints? I do have to say I like this game a lot, been bummed to get stuck like this.

Since I can't remember (no laughing now) will someone tell me if The Chosen is a point and click. I never needed a walkthrough for Loki, for some reason it is easy to do, but I like it better than Titan Quest, hope they make another one.

Thanks

Maggie, Sig said here that it was mostly point and click.

Zaylskie, are you asking for Loki or Chosen? We'll have to wait until someone who has played the game sees this.

Zaylskie,

If you are where I think you are -

There are some snake idols on the other side of the barrier. Shoot them with a bow. (There is a bow on the ground in case you have none).

Thanks for the help. I tried shoting the snake idols but couldn't get in range. Didn't realize the primitive box had a longer range than the bow I already had.

zay,

Stand right at the corners of the gate (one more step and you are a gonna). Shoot the one opposite the side you are on. I am not sure, but, there may be 2 idols. The bow on the ground has the range as the idols are just a few feet from the gate. Getting the angle right is a bit tricky. Shoot a number of times from each position you take as the flight of the arrow (as in real life) can vary some.

Good luck! Let me know how you do.

Maggie - There is a demo . . . .

Yes, I will let all of you know. By the way, I know some are looking still for a walkthrough for Loki, you really do not need it, I had no problems at all. And I went through it four times.

Thanks, I could get one of the corner idols with the bow I had. The primitive bow let me get all three without having to get very close to the barrier.

zay,

Good!

I always carry a good bow.

You will find a place where you are on a wall and monsters below. Try what ranged stuff you have from different spots and take at least 4 shots. I was able to get a whole bunch of baddies this way. Only one of the weapons I was toting did any good.
