Hallo BET, I seem to remember the fuse box was not active until

What happens with the hungry beasts? I have put the bones in their dishes, however, nothing seemed to have happend with it. They did walk up to the bowls but that's all. Is that what they are supposed to do or did I feed them the wrong thing or do I not feed them at all? Thanks for your help?

I did that too Upsydaisy, but the map just has a description and you can't really see anything. I was looking for a way to activate it like we did in Darkmere.

You have lots to explore now Sly. May I suggest you make a list of all the sections so you remember what is where. It'll save you a lot of unneccesary wanderings since you'll be going in and out a lot.

I finally found the Woodgator and actually was able to open the gate....however, I can't enter it. Am I supposed to? How do I get the woodgator then? This game confuses me. Please help. Also I'm trying to pick up the *****Grub in Bugsy's room. I found and empty bottle, but I can't get it in there. Any suggestions?

You have lots to do before you get the gator so don't worry.

One thing not mentioned there is that you can go back to the keeper to "trade in" your gift if you decide on a different one.

Hello All. I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday. I am back, however, with more questions. I have seal of Sufferance, a note, a coobook, lit torch,keepers welcome note,whistle, naval hat, sawdust, wheel with bar attached, ornate vial, gold trophy cup, glass vial with saffron, eyepatch with glass eye and cholorform. I can't get behind the stone guardian, I still can't get into the two doors near Onegus and still can't get the glass grub. I have read everything and I unfortuntately still need a big push in the right directions. What do I do now? I am just stuck and can't move on as I can't figure out what's next. Please help? I know I'm not as good as the rest of you and most times need a walkthrough by my side to help, and I know there isn't one for this game, so I apologize for being such a pain, but please, please what's next?

Sly One, take your vial with saffron (mix with water and put in ornate glass) to the library/man with lost soul and look close at the lost soul vials under the do not touch sign. put your vial in place of the one that looks identical. Use your new soul vial on the stone guardian and he will let you pass.

Also, what would make the grub sleepy so that Briggs will pick it up? You are carrying it on you.

This should shake you loose and get you playing again.

I am at work and having a day from hell, so I will keep an eye out and answer as best I can. Don't hesitate to post if you are still stuck, I'll try and be here for you.

I hope I'm not misleading you, because the game has me so discombobulated, but let me try to help. Is Onegus the clerk guy? He's looking for something you have in your inventory, and once you give it to him you'll gain access to a new room. You have something else in your inventory that will help you at that point.

Ana and Nickie Thank you sooo much. I do appreciate the help. One more question though...where do I find the water? I have been looking and looking for it and I can't find any water except in Bugy's stone sink (dripping) but I can't get it to work?

P.S. Ana sorry about your day from hell! That's why I decided it was best to take the rest of the week off. But I do feel for you. I know what that's like. Try to get through the day with the least amount of stress possible.

Bugsy's sink is the one you need. There is a button on the wall that turns it on.

Back at it today. I'm still in Darkmere. I have only the "I" key. I can't seem to find the secret place at the Inn...or the other way "Inn." I did get the Deputy Mayor to show up when I looked close at the map at the Inn...but he won't interact with me. Everywhere else tells me that I need a key. Any nudges would be appreciated.

Gaily, walk behind the bar in the Inn and click in front of the bar, on the right corner, about an inch (a monitor size inch) above the floor. The curser should change if you have it right. Yo may end up outside a few times till you get the position right, but it's there!

The keys you need can be found once you get in the cellar of the Inn.
