I have tried several times and cannot bring up their website. Anyone else having this problem?

I was able to get on earlier today, around 9:30, with no problem.

However, I tried to get back on just now and all I got was a white screen.

OK, it's now about an hour after I couldn't get on. I got on alright this time but it won't let me download a game. It keeps saying that I'm not connected or the website is having a problem

Let's just hope they are slow today because they are selling lots and lots of games.

I can get there but the page takes a very long time to fully load.

I just talked to a tech at BFG. She said the west coast is having some technical difficulties and should be back in working order later today. I'm paraphrasing of course.

We think it could be in internet-wide issue. If you had or still have trouble accessing or downloading from BFG or any other site
can you post the city/state/country you live in.
The internet monitors are lighting up with problems accross US/Canada/Europe.

It tells the strange tale of how Cogent and TeliaSonera actually are blocking the other provider's websites - because Cogent now wants Telia to pay for the traffic on the Cogent networks or something like this.

Sometimes, apparently big internet service providers to this...

It is annoying since it means that Cogent users can't access Telia's net in Europe and Telia users can't access Cogent's net in the US and Canada. So, instead of one internet, we now apparently have two internets...

Hopefully, Cogent and Telia reach an agreement soon...

Hi ya BFG-Guy, I can get there but it takes several minutes before the page is complete.

I'm in Alabama.

Are those of you having problems having issues getting to other sites on the internet or very slow responses on other sites besides BFG?

I live near Washington DC and when I try to download I get error 762-98.
I am not having trouble with other sites.

Just checked, BFG is fine for me too here in Indy.
Not downloading a game, but pages come up fine.

I'm in VA (on Verizon) and pages and downloading are just fine here.

I'm having no problem at all and I'm in Chicago.

I just checked again and for the first time today, it is loading normally.

I am in New York, and I had no internet access at all this afternoon. It finally started working this evening.

I live in the Republic of Ireland, and received error 599 after I Purchased the game Natalie Brooks, I Logged in and could not connect to install the game. I had a strong connection to the internet at the time for everywhere else I browsed. I Wrote BF tech but have had no reply yet. Never do I have problems in the past like this with BFG. Could the problem others are having be part of the same problem? I know it is not my firewall or virus protection.
