Could there be an April here?
Not sure if this is an extra clue or a red herring!

Sierramindy, I don't comment on extra clues.
I'll give another one.

Is it a plane, or a ... , or a ...?

Amerzone? Complete guess based on the last clue and the artwork on the game cover I saw. Never played this one, does it work on XP pro?

Yes kinetic, Amerzone it is and yes it will work on XP. The game is really worth the money.
Sierramindy, it looks like the hook clue guided you towards Syberia, also a Benoit Sokal game. smile

kinetic, the stage is all yours now!

Actually, Bernard, it was the journey clue and something about strange ingredients that made me think of April in The Longest Journey. So it was really a red herring, I reckon, and no comment there either.

Thanks Bernard, I'll purchase Amerzone today.

Me thinks I'll try and be a bit tricky, but knowing my luck it will be too obvious.

So, Bernard,
I don't understand the Nancy name calling ... unless that is a clue of some kind?
