You cant ever get the bell to ring hohohoho
You break the top part off using your key card from inventry and then if I remember right just go outside the laundry and explain to the rather dim Chinese guy.
I cant remembber exactly but think you may have to show him the broken top part of the bell to convince him.

Thanks so much! Harhan, Karstan and Rushes. I never would have figured out I can't fix the bell, or the wine cooler is the ice bucket. Back to the demo and waiting patiently for the release date of the game.

You need to bottele-opener and the bell for another place later in the demo, though. Remember to take something that hangs on a pole with youwhen you're on the sundeck, though.

Its in a dispenser in laundry cabin just above a sink I think to the right of screen.

The soap is in the dispenser on the wall above the sink
