I'd write Customer Support again in a couple months, linward. Don't give up! If they told you it would be mailed, and that was six weeks ago and you haven't received your Felix, I wouldn't assume that you will not. BFG-Guy has explained that it takes quite some time to prepare the next shipment, so I would wait a while longer before I wrote again.
