
Glad to know I'm not the only one who gets to the tearing-hair-out stage with these save point designed games.
I seem to remember the first 3 0r 4 Tomb Raiders had save anywhere slots-what a difference-you could save right in the middle of a really impossible battle, so it was always possible to get through it without spending hours of repetition, which leads to finally giving up.
I still think Psychonauts is worth playing-up to the final chapter(Meat Circus)- because of it's colorful and imaginative characters, amusing dialogue, and surreal environments, but I seem to have this compulsive need to finish games to the end, so I'm still trying
