LOL Draclvr. The problem has ben solved thanks to a tech website I posted this on. They responded with this:
Click Start, in the search box, enter
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\themes \
You may find 2 files
transcodedWallpaper.jpg
slideshow.ini
Delete the files and restart your system.This and the deleting of a program I had installed from a picture download site Webshots.com (I've used them before but I guess something this time created the problem)solved the problem., Note: deleting the app itself didn't work it was a combination of both. Now do you still want my gorgeous Caribb beach scene as a posibility of using as your desktop wallpaper? How do I post the pic here anyway? Thanks to 3 of you for your suggestions.
