My recent back-up CDs order arrived today from BFG damaged. Have had problems with prior shipments arriving stuck to the envelope adhesive which is next to impossible to remove w/o damaging the disc, however this last shipment was much worse. BFG Disc 1 image Kaptain Braw 1 & 2 Eternal Night: Realm of Souls Is there any way to successfully clean the discs w/o damaging them?

Hi, And you say this is Not the First time? I would contact BFG ASAP and tell them what is happening and tell them that your are either: A)Returning the CDs at their expense or B)That they send you some news ones and to please tell the Shippers to be more carefull, else you will no longer buy backup CDs from them and that you will spread the word.
Just my 2 cents worth. Good luck Ray Ray
PS: I would Not try to fool around taking off the adhesive, if you miss just a bit of glue and you insert that in your player, the Glue + the Heat could Damage your player.

I agree with Starcom... I have used isopropyl alcohol with success to get rid of random ickies that show up on a disk.
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

Thanks for all your responses. I have contacted BFG about the continuing problem and received a refund for the last $6.99 shipment charges. The agent stated they would pass this information along. We shall see.
