Well, here's a hot one so I came here first to see if you have any idea what's going on. BFG's front page is dark maroon and has nothing but some text/links down the side. Like so:

The forums come up, my account pages come up but that's all. It's the same way in Explorer and Firefox except that in those two the background color is black. I'm at a loss.

It doesn't look maroon to me.
This is what I see

Maybe one of their servers is having a problem.

Interesting. Normally, I see a plain color when the page loads, then a graphic of the game they're pushing behind the stuff at the top. Never white as in your screenshot.

One of their servers could cause that? I'm surprised that nobody has had a word to say about it in the forums, then.

Umf. Well, I'll wait until tomorrow and see if it goes back to normal but this started yesterday.

Thanks, Jenny.

And Drac. Didn't see you up there. <g>

Gil.

If so, it's their loss, not mine if I can't see or download any games other than those I already have, Starcom.

I was seriously thinking about ditching BigFish anyway since their games have been so lousy (my opinion) lately AND my game manager stopped working so I had to download it again and got that horrible big thing instead of the smaller one I've been using. I really haven't been happy with them lately and this is just the maroon icing on the cake.

Try emailing Big Fish about the problem.
If you can't access their email form here
http://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/ask/

let me know and I'll pass on the information. They may have some idea what's going on. It sounds like certain elements of their webpage are not fully loading on your browser.

Starcom, it wasn't red wine, it was a few beers at the bowling alley last night! But this morning I have the same thing - a lovely maroon background and everything else is normal.

It's a tasteful dark turquoise today. Snrk.

The Phone Lady

I've gotten in touch with them, Jenny. Thank you, though!

Yes, the dark turquoise is lovely, but I liked the maroon!
