Try and follow the map or the step by step in the wt. You have to do this woods walk several times.

i have been trying for 3 or 4 hours i keep ending up at the campsite. i findind finally made it to the castle.

i just got a monster alert that the monster is iin the furance room i just left the sercurity room and in the foyer, but every door i try nancy says this isnot the quick way to the glass shop. i am out of doors. help please. thanks

Go back inside.
Enter the shop.
Exit through the other door left of the postcard stand.
Go forward and then down the stairs to the glass shop.

It's still night time must have missed a step

I don't think you're able to change time on this game. It will be nighttime for the whole game.

i have the walkthough but your solution does not work on my game.

mags this is your solution3,4,2,1,2,2 again and immediately 3 what do u mean by again

From left to right, press buttons: 3, 4, 2, 1, wait, 2, 2 again and immediately 3.

If you look at the picture - see that each of those numbers are clicked on at the spaces between the knobs.

The 2 is just a repeat of the 2 previously (press 2 once more). I better remove that confusing "again" from the wt.

how many knobs are on the left side when you r done. i got all the knobs on the left side but the board didn;t finish going across

MaG i did as you said i got all six knobs on the left side but the board didn't finish so it kick me. now what i tried it 3 or 4 times and i get all the knobs on the left side but the board is to slow to finish there is not enough time, please send a save game thanks. is there a way to speed up the board so i can finish its not giving me enough time

Is this the decoding? If so - you need only to type the letters as seen in the paper. But you should change the 3 letters on the wheels first.

Stuck. Don't know what I have forgotten to do. MaG, in your wt I'm at the heading "Find Lukas". I have not received a call from Karl and Lukas is where Lukas always is. I have completed all possible conversations with everyone. Wandering everywhere doing everything and no call....Lukas is still not missing.

Check (if junior) your task list and see what else needs to be done.
Be sure that you have exhausted all dialogue and puzzles with Renate.
Check also how many legend pages you have and verify it with the walkthrough. Keep us posted.

I've deciphered Lukas' message and located the first note on the upstairs portrait. Do I have to physically remove the notes as I find them, or just note that they're there?

1. Did you read the RAID guide book completely? There's a character there that is seen on the wall in Karl's office.
2. Which decoder key do you have?
Have seen Renate while at the gift shop in the security camera? Have you followed through that one?
Have you opened the box outside Karl's office?

I did read the RAID book, but maybe I missed something because I did check the picture of the sparrow on the wall and nothing happened ... no hot spots ... no nothing.

I'm missing the decoder key on the left side of the machine.

I saw Renate do something with the clock in the Gift Shop, but I need a key to set the time. I assume I will find that in the desk, but I found the key to unlock the desk.

Yes, I comnpleted the glass puzzle in the hallway outside Karl's office.

One thing that helped me personally is this. Before even pulling the pin on the left that releases the bar, I took a nice cleansing breath (I know that may sound silly, but it helped) Also, I watched Arglefrumph's video walkthrough on the game on youtube. His section on that puzzle as well as the Legend Letters helped me immensely.

The part on this puzzle, is at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOeqOpatthc What I suggest is pausing the video so it can buffer, then when you can, skip to 03:37, that's where this puzzle starts. This video should help on Legend Letters too if I remember correctly

Okay. I have tried close to 20 times now and I'm frustrated. I cannot for the life of me set the time on the cuckoo clock to open what I'm assuming is a secret compartment of some sort. I read on another site that there is a bug in the game where if you get a monster sighting while using the blue cutout on the book in the hallway, it won't let you. And that happened to me, but no matter how many times I try to trigger the clue again, I can't.

So can I please get a save game for the cuckoo clock in the gift shop? Please and thank you.

Hi jenniejenn31, I'm still to finish the game, but from looking at the walkthrough it doesn't seem that Nancy can get down there for herself. What's down there seems to be a cell, rather than a secret passage.

The check list says to explore the hidden passages and the walk through mentions to go through the door. I guess I am confused where to go next so that I can get the phone call lukas is missing.

The walkthrough says: Turn the relief counterclockwise to open the door to the secret passage.

The door opens up in the wall next to you then, rather than the trapdoor, which opens if you turn the relief in the other direction.

Having trouble finding the hot spot when trying to take a pic of the monster. I turn left to the tree and I can't get the hot spot of where to click in order to be behind the tree. Does anyone have any hints?

Do you have the 2 wheels to make the decoder work?

Do you have the coded messages that need to be decoded?

The solution is in the walkthrough. Just enter the first letter of each of the pictures and then type in the letters only of the coded message.

have the two wheels install what message has to be decoded the sun one? Where to you enter the first letter on the key board ? or on the wheels because they do not move for me !! Maxwell

3 rotors are needed.
The 2 rotors are taken from the glass tile puzzle box and the cuckoo clock.
