ATTENTION: All Members!

We have had a significant increase in members not understanding why they aren't getting PM notifications, temp password requests because they forgot their logins, updates on threads they follow etc. This is not due to any glitches on our end, but it's because the email addresses associated with your profile are old and no longer active.

Many of you have email addresses that are from 20 years ago! We have been around a long time and hope to be around for a long time to come!

May I ask that every member please check your email address in your profile and update both your real address (for GB support emails only) and your publicly displayed email address for other members to contact you (if you wish them to).

Ana I'm still using the same email address that I created when emails first started...I'm assuming it still works for getting notifications from GB?

As long as it's an active email address that you check that is fine, Gerry! I have a lot of members requesting temp passwords or PM notifications etc. and they all get kicked back to us because they do not have current or active emails in their profile. It's been an increasing problem.
