the 11th hour

ok I'm here again.I have been trying to play but can't get it to start. Have been to inferno's setup and downloaded the patch 11h242 but still nothing. Any help out there please? I played 7th guest with no problems. <img border="0" alt="" title="" src="graemlins/cry.gif" />

What are the symptoms?
Does it give any error messages?
What did you do to install the patch?

symptons: it just flashes what looks like a bunch of writing on a black page but it goes off so fast I can't read it. No error message just goes back to windows. I went to a place infernosent me and downloaded it into my games file it's in there with 11 hr.

The setup mentions 2 other patches to d/l as well.
The setup has to be followed exactly from begining to end or one can't expect it to work.
And if error are still apparent it probably means that there is something else conflicting with it and not XP itself. I have XP Home Edition and was able to play the game (as well as many others have been able to) with any problems. But just because it works on my system I can't garauntee that it will work on all systems. There are unfortunately too many variables.

You can't just download a patch and expect it to work. You have to run it.

well I'm gonna try the other patch the 11Win.zip when they get back on line and see if that works they're down for maintenance. Not very good with these zipped files or the adjustments for every game. It'll be back up Wednesday I'll try again. Thanks!
