Hey Venus

I believe they took care of everything in the Jewel Cased DVD re-release by VIVA MEDIA but don't know if that is the one that is offered here.

Thanks Becky. The Tales of Bingwood reminds me of a Kings Quest game.

Yes, it's a blast from the past with graphics that are reminiscent of earlier adventures, some clever puzzles and good writing. You can find out more here.

Can anyone tell me anything about Viva Media? I can't seem to find any information about them.

For example, with regards to Paradise, are the distributor for the game for Benoit Sokal? And who fixed the "bugs?" BTW - I never had any problems when I played the original game.

Thanks in advance.

Ana,

Thanks for the link!

I did go there before posting my message, and read its "about us" but didn't learn anything.

I'm always a little leery about purchasing republished games from a company I don't know, so I was just wondering if anyone did know anything about them.

CES -- Viva is an established publisher. They often publish educational and edutainment games, though they do occasionally branch out into adventure games -- their most recent adventure game was Perry Rhodan.

They also do jewel case versions of certain older adventure games, many of which can be purchased at Target.
