State of Play Games "South of the Circle": Apple only?

I am finishing a replay of Lumino City, which is a great game and was hoping State of Play Games would produce another game. I read about "South of the Circle", which is out now on Apple Arcade for mac and iphone. Does anyone know whether this game will be exclusively on Apple platforms or will it eventually be ported to Windows or Android? The game appears to tell a very interesting story and uses a beautiful art technique in the animation, but I won't be playing it if it remains exclusively on Apple Arcade. In the comments section of the game trailer, someone asked if the game would be coming to Android, and the developer replied:
