My10rugrats is in the hospital with pneumonia again and is having great difficulty breathing. Any positive thoughts and prayers you can send her way is greatly appreciated.

i get to go home today. ok as you all know i ended up in here on i believe on the 26th of may. really don't know what day it was. but i ended up with a tube down my throat for i think 5 or 6 days too. we have found out i have congestive heart failure , same thing granddaughter has that you all prayered for about 4 yrs ago. well my life style has to do a big overhaul . no more fried foods , salt, and more exercise. hubby and i have both sign ed dnr. i dont want to live that espeically after youngest daughter tol what happens.

So lovely to see you here, my10rugrats

And very well done for your determination to go for a life style change, if that's what it's going to take for you to stay well

My10, I gave up all those foods many years ago. It gets easier once you start. The first week is the hardest. Glad to see you here!

just wanted to let everyone know , am still kicking and screaming . hubby and son are driving me nuts, not even able to stand in the kitchen to do dishes , hubby keeps telling me to get out lol. this is a man that hasn't had to do a lot of this since we have been together . but i wll say he isa keeper. getting a little bored , but didn't realize how sick i was. learning to to cook different, eat and live. i wll find out more next week when i see my family dr and the pulomanry dr. the kids and my mom want me to apply for medican to get some extra help for all my doctoring and meds

My, you need to find a hobby...something you enjoy so you don't get too bored. I'm glad hubby is taking good care of you

something.took all i had yesterday not to get up and help son rearrange some furniture in the front room. not much of a person for hobbies. had planned on getting out walking from our house to the corner today but the temps are too hot for me. makes it hard to breathe always have even before this heart problem hit

Hopefully it cools down so you can get out tomorrow. It is great to see you posting again.

well i go see the heart dr tomorrow. went today to the pa for the pulmonology today. she took me off the waterpill they had me on, also i have to stop taking a couple over the counter meds i use for headaches that i would alternate. then my regular dr calls and wants to see me tomorrow cause i guess those over the counter meds
are messing with my kidney function but i am waiting on a call back from his nurse cause i already have it set up for blood work on monday for this from the pa i seen today. am already sick of seeing drs but to get better i must continue. i have done good not having any salt or fried foods. we been watching the sodium amounts. think i will fix me a smoothie tonight for supper, got fresh raspberries and black berries in the freezer from hubby's plants that need to be used before its picking time again. if i haven't said it before, thank you everyone for all the thoughts and prayers

thank you. i did some dishes tuesday morn and that sure wore me out. but i need to get up and move around and its just to darn hot for me to go outside. all this doctoring is wearing me out and making it hard for anyone to get anything done here. hubby will be going in the dr with me tomorrow so hope he understands a little more that what he usually does, daughter couldn't make but i don't want her to miss any more work than she has to.

Just keep getting better my10.

i could of swore i posted earlier but might have and for got to hit submit. i go in for a heart cath on july 12 at pm. with know more after that what meds or not that i will need and what else will be done. i am on a 2,500 mg of sodium a day. daughter says thats more than granddaughters limit.
