Time for another "what's this called?" question.

I have a three-foot crawl space under my house. It's enormous but I hate going down there to store things because I have to crawl around and it hurts my back. Also, when the HVAC guy comes to service my furnace, he has to crawl around in there.

I just realized that I can get one of those carts that auto mechanics use for rolling under vehicles. Trouble is, I don't know whet it's called. Anyone know?

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Google told me this:

Quote
The cart mechanics use to lie under cars is called a creeper. It is a low-profile, wheeled platform that allows a person to lie down and easily move under a vehicle for inspections and maintenance, providing comfort and mobility.

There of course may be other words for this, too.

Six different models of creepers available at Canadian Tire, many other auto supply stores would carry these too.
