I'm playing it now and enjoying it. The scenery is beautiful, but after you travel the same places over and over, it get a little tiring.

What RoseMcNevin said...
The photography is gorgeous, but it is tiring roaming those streets over & over. I've been looking for the house of Constanzo for two days with no luck. I'm getting really frustrated.

Rather than trying to solve the mystery, I think I'll just explore the beautiful scenery and forget the adventure part. smile

Hi Cynch
the info about Costanzo's house is given by the banker at via dentecala. To get Costanzo's house:
from the intersection at the chinese girl (jump "la croce"), take via sopramonte and after a short walking turn right. go few steps up hill - the keys are behind the gate!
hope this helps...

well i just stared playing and it is totaly diffrent from what i usualy play...but it's, weird, pretty, like confusing...so many streets. Anyway i just got the newspaper from some lady, and supposed to take it to some bank man...and i got a lemon from a man and a cactus thingy, and I know pp are watching cause i saw a woman in the door reflection, i also have to do a favor to some lady who i talked to throught the phone box on the door. So many pp, so many names, i'm confused...what money? what house? i can't look throught benoculars cause i gave my money to the taxi driver.
how old is this game anyway?

Oh, Wow! I've finally caught on to what I am supposed to be doing...but most wonderful of all--I'm starting to feel at home in this magnificent paradise! laugh

I feel like I've been taken to a whole different world...one where I can wander through all the streets and alleys and stop every once in awhile just to admire the view. When I just now saved my game and quit--I felt a terrible loss when my ordinary desktop appeared. frown

This game is truly magical to me. smile

I was in Naples last year but we didn't go to Capri because the seas were rough the day we had planned to go. Boy am I sorry now. We hope to go back to Italy and do a cooking class. I think this time we make make sure we get to Capri.

In the mean time, I can;t find that darn fig..a hint (maybe general area) would be appreciated.

Hi Iscreamer...
Have you talked to the niece at Villa Jole yet?
Anyway, turn around from the Villa Jole, forward 5X and look closely at the overhanging branch.

If it is what Mr. Trinchero gives you after the delivery of the cake it is a Skiaccia & Vinci card. You will need it later in the game.

To identify items, you can select the inventory and use one of the options on the bottom of the screen to identify them. I can't remember which at the moment. smile

Yes thx that is it. I have examined it but I'm just not sure what I am susposed to do with it. I guess as you say, I'll find out later in the game. Really am enjoying it. All of you that recommended it were right!

ok then another question. Is fourhearts telephone number really hard to figure out? I know what I am susposed to do but I can't seem to come up with the right combination.

Hi Mag.

I have a problem finding the Department store (20) after we exit the 2e delicatessen (19).
I do not see the camera store.

I am in the section were we are Running errands for confectioner and mother.

Thanks.

There are 2 delicatessens. The one you need is the one where you got the caciocavallo. I think the deli man is the older one.

Then exit the store, turn right, go forward pass the alley on the left, forward pass the camera store on the left, forward and the department store is on the left.
Good luck!

BTW - The walkthrough is updated to the GotGames release for the new jump points.

Where is the Swiss Army knife on the pole behind the Restaurant? I have gone up and down several times and miss it every time.

Be sure that you are in the correct restaurant.

Then when you climb the stairs, go forward until you get out in the open. Be sure that you are going forward. There is think an active place to go right.
At the end is a wooden post and on the top think is the knife.

Good luck!

When you enter the cavern, turn right to see the puzzle setup. There is a dark area deeper in the cavern but you can not get there.

As for the steps, go out of the cavern into sunlight, with the cavern on your back the steps going down will be to your right. smile
