Well for those who like just straight Text games then this if for you, try it before buying. I might have *bought it if it wasn't for this Real time thing where you have to stare at the Screen for 5 minutes or more depending on your answer until he eventually comes back to you, then it is more reading and again, depending on your answers, tick tock... nope not for me.
*Back in the Old days I really enjoyed some of these text games and it would have been a good flashback game and for $3.50 it would have been a great buy, again, too bad for the long delay in response time, kills the mood.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to share that I've played three of these games, and I just loved them! They all are very well-done, and in each one I felt completely hooked. The messages you receive from the characters (one main person in each game) are so full of feeling it's like getting real text messages from someone, and as you help them make decisions about their situation, the story of what's happened to them unfolds. These games are such fun, but also they really make you think about what you would really DO if the scenarios were real. I got attached to each of the three characters in the games I played, and when the games were over, I felt genuinely sad-I never wanted the experience to end!
The first game takes place in outer space, the second one is more of a "horror" story (it was my favorite one) and the third one was out of this world too, but the focus wasn't so much "space" as what was going on in the location. I don't want to say more and give away any spoilers, so I'll just say that I was fascinated, and I won't ever forget the characters who truly felt like friends by the end of the games.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this series, and there are two or three more out now that I haven't gotten to yet, so I'm beyond excited!!! : )
Hope that anyone who is intrigued by the Lifeline series dives in and enjoys them as much as I have!
