I did enjoy the games MaG and thanks for your suggestions. I currently have a working XP and if I clean up my 98 it might work again but I hesitate to buy any old games on disc these days. The only one of those 3 you mentioned that I see for sale is Legend of Prophet & Assassin (one left at Amazon). I actually wasn't looking for suggestions though when I asked what next. I have a bunch of games I want to play all at the same time and just have to decide which one next. Thanks and Hi Marian. Iurii, no I think these are the only Nemopolis games I've played. Were you going to suggest something in particular to try?

oldbroad, yes, it is the whole series of games! My favorite is the first one - but it was only in French - "L’Emerillon: Enquête à la cour d’Aliénor d’Aquitaine". There is also the second, called 'L'Oricou: Enquête à Paris sous Napoléon', and in English - 'The Vulture. An Investigation Under Napoleonic Rule'. 'Versailles Mysteries' were the third and the fourth chapters. There is also the fifth, 'Marie-Antoinette and the Independence War', but I have not seen it as it was published only on some strange platform called 'Nintendo DS' or something.

I have 'The Vulture' on CD - it does not list Windows 7 of course (as it was released before that OS), but I played in Windows 7 with no problems. (Or rather with some great problems related to the fonts, but that was because of the Russian edition - there should be no such problems in English version )

MaG - I should have asked you this before. Do you know if Pilgrim and Legend and the Prophet play in Win XP? The descriptions only show 95, 98, and ME. I haven't cleaned up my 98 yet to see if it will work or not. Or if anybody else knows offhand. Thanks.
