Today's game for Club Members, tomorrow's game for all. You can download Bonfire Stories: The Faceless Gravedigger Collector's Edition here. Big Fish Editor's Choice! This title was selected for its exceptional quality and overwhelmingly positive reviews from our Game Club beta testers.
Mariaglorum, the studio behind Mystery of the Ancients, invites you to bundle up and brace yourselves for the first game in their all-new series: Bonfire Stories!
The Quiet Grove resort has been abandoned for years, after a series of guests mysteriously disappeared – rumors blamed a terrifying figure called the faceless gravedigger. With no bodies or suspects, the case went cold, and the events faded into legend. But when you and your partner arrive to dig up a news story, you quickly find out that those tall tales were all true! Now the faceless gravedigger is on your trail, and if you can’t escape, you’ll become the latest chapter in this horrific legend. Track down clues and solve challenging puzzles to stay alive in this chilling hidden-object adventure game!
See what our Beta testers had to say:
“Awesome graphics, best I've seen in a long time! Great voiceovers, unique puzzles and excellent storyline. This is a great game with just enough spookiness to keep you on the edge of your seat, without scaring you to death” - Lauren, beta tester
“Holy cow! What an enjoyable game. Loved everything about it - the graphics, story, music and the suspense.” - Ryan, beta tester
Return to the campfire, where the Faceless Gravedigger strikes again in the bonus game! Collect hidden character figurines and paw prints. Test your knowledge by answering questions about the game. Enjoy wallpapers, concept art, videos, soundtrack, and more! Never get lost with the strategy guide! As always, please remember to come back and tell us what you think. Happy gaming!

I do hope someone will try it and let us know. I tried to download and check out the Trial Game, and all seemed to go normally, but when it was finished, the screen icon wouldn't launch the game. Clicking on it only made my entire monitor screen flash maniacally. I unloaded and tried re-downloading, in case some weird thing had happened on that first download, but the second download did the same thing. So I unloaded THAT copy and gave up for now. I've played a LOT of Big Fish games over the years, but this was a new one.

Just finished playing this one, and I enjoyed it although I found it a bit short especially the Bonus Chapter which was very short. The graphics were great, pretty good voice acting for most, except the Old man, got on my nerves a bit and some dialogs throughout the game you could not skip.
As for being a CE version, as mentioned above + No morphing and other extra goodies + short Bonus chapter, I would say, buy it at a Buy one get one free sale or 50% off, or wait for the SE version.
I bought this one on the Buy 1 get 1 free sale so I'm OK with the shorter game but all in all I have no regrets buying it.
On a side note: 1) There was a PC update on May 24th and I don't know if that will solve problems for those having problems getting the game going since they mention that it fixes: "Problems with the Paws and troubles with scaring the scarecrow with the horn", so not sure if it fixes anything else. 2) They came out with the same fix for the MAC machines on May 30th
