Here's Big Fish's webpage about Access Violation errors https://bigfishgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/230884968-Access-ViolationDo you have an antivirus running? If the Game Manager is opening properly, but none of the games are working, it sounds a lot like an antivirus is blocking the Game Manager from opening the game. The desktop link for the game only tells the Game Manager to open the game. It isn't a direct link to the game exe. If you want to try opening a Big Fish game directly, you first need to make sure viewing of "hidden files" is enabled. Then browse to the game folder and double-click the game exe which will be sort of see-through because it's a hidden file. Big Fish makes all their game exe's hidden files. If viewing of hidden files isn't enabled, check here for how to enable it https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/

Was just going to add to my o/p. I've tried opening some more games and they opened fine, even older games. Also, the games I couldn't open also wouldn't open in "hidden files". Could this have something to do with a Windows 10 update?
ETA: Access violation message partially reads "tried to read from 0x0000000.

It's not something that "should" have happened with a Windows 10 update. That doesn't mean an update didn't go wrong though.
According to a Google search, the Access Violation error can happen because of a bad install, bad uninstall, corrupt video drivers, corrupt registry, virus, etc.
Do you have a recent restore point from before there was a problem? If you do, I think the first thing I'd try would be to create a restore point where you are now, then go back to that previous restore point and see if it fixes the problem. If it does, I'd stay with that previous restore point.
If going back to the previous restore point doesn't fix the problem, you might as well go to the newer restore point since the problem is elsewhere.

Thank you, Jenny. Since I have quite a few activated games that seem to be working, I think I'll let this go for a while since I'm quite confused. Appreciate your taking time to help.
ETA: Sent a message to Customer Support and received fairly prompt reply. Have forwarded Dr. Felix and waiting for their response.
