I bought a bird feeder. It was expensive, but I figured in the long run it would save me money on cat food.

Good morning everyboomie. wave2

Welcome to the weekend! woot

I had another great day here. I had a nice visit with my caregiver. All of my test were very positive. hamster

I guess that means I'm pregnant. lol

I'm just having problems sleeping which we're working on. yes

So, for the weekend, I've decided to take a drive in the morning, and see how things are going out at the sod farm. I keep hoping he'll dig some more holes, or plow up that ground where you find all the artifacts. smirk

If I can catch him out there, I can question him, and maybe nudge him into filling those holes in and digging some more. The grass and brush is growing up thick on the piles of dirt that I've been digging in. blush

Wishing everyone a super weekend. rah

have a happy day.

Joe, if you get a good suggestion for sleeping, let me know! My hubby hasn't been sleeping good for months.
Won't the farmer be upset about the holes?

soot, have a great day too!

Have a happy day all! My son is coming for a visit today and then this evening the whole family is going to a fair. James will love it!

Glad your tests went well, Joe! woot

Have a terrific Saturday, soot! happydance

Have fun with your son and family, Ana! thumbsup

I fell asleep with the light on again, so it's late Friday night/early Saturday morning here. I have good news. I got the new position with my second (and soon to be only job), and I was finally able to give my two weeks notice for my original job! joy It's such a relief, as managing the two jobs was becoming very tiring and difficult, and the original job, which had once been a great company to work for, is now micromanaging everything. A lot of people are leaving, which is why they have been spread so thin lately. It's a shame that's been happening, but I'm glad I'm finally able to move on to something better. yes

As for today, I have a voice lesson. woot Time to go back to sleep, so I will be more rested for it. grin

Have a fantastic Saturday, everyone. summer

Congrats on the 'new' job, Venus!

Things here are strange. Outdoorsies are acting 'weird', well weirder than usual. Something is up. Not sure if it's the weather, or a strange animal in the area, or something. I'll find out later. They are all wandering instead of grouping and meowing at me and eating fast but sparsely. Geez...maybe an earthquake about to happen? That could be it. Animals know. We did have that horrible quake in lower Mexico a few days back. Over 8 on the scale. It could travel up the plates to us. Waiting to see what happens.

No word on the neighbor's sister yet. She's worried, but till will tell. Hope they are all safe. Hope EVERYONE is safe in Florida!

WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.

Hello Boomers, hope you are all well and having a nice day! Anyone affected by Irma, prayers that you all stay safe. hearts

Joe, glad your tests were all good! I can sympathise with the (not)sleeping problems. Hope you can work it out.

soot, enjoy your weekend and hope you don't have too many problems with Irma.

Ana, have a nice visit with your son and have fun at the fair!

Congratulations on your new job Venus!

Have a happy day too Gerry!

Connie, thoughts with you all!

Gail, hope you are doing well..enjoy your day!

Sorta, hope it's something as simple as another animal spooking your kitties and not the threat of an earthquake. Hope your neighbour's sister is okay.

Mobility problems are getting worse as are cataracts. According to doc, cataracts are still not 'ripe' enough for surgery. Awww well, onward and upwards...things could be so much worse.

Enjoy the rest of your day everyone, I'll stop by when I'm able!

Busy day here, but once again, we have windows open, so can't complain. Hubby out hunting up tarps in case winds bring trees down. I don't Think they will, but better safe than sorry. Course, it's not supposed to reach us til Tuesday, or maybe Monday night, so much could change between now and then. wavegirl
