This thread at the Dreamcatcher/TAC forum suggests tweaking your video card settings. The person who posted has a Geforce, and went into his Geforce properties to tweak. Your Radeon should have something similar. I don't know which settings he tweaked.

Not necessarily. I'd be inclined to keep the drivers that pass ALL the DirectX tests. See how Uru works with them before "upgrading."
