I have placed the seals and used that turnkey object in center and turned it three times. The door is supposed to open but it does not. Am I doing something wrong or is there another door that this action opens.

Eileen, look in inventory and turn each seal to see an icon at the back of two of them.
If you pick up a map, at the back of it also, you will see the icons and thus where to place the seals on the door.

Look at where the hooked end of the turnkey rested. It should be at top right or NE.
Check the picture in the walkthrough if you have the seal correctly placed.
